Liability and Indemnity: The Renter agrees to assume all risk of loss, damage, or injury that may arise during the rental period. The Renter shall indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from the Renter's use or occupancy of the Property.
