Rental Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

By checking the box and proceeding to payment, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to this waiver and assumption of risk from the Wave TR LLC, including but not limited to kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, pontoons, golf carts, and bicycles.

I understand that participation in these activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, death, property damage, collisions, weather conditions, water hazards, road hazards, equipment failure, and the actions of myself or others.

I agree to assume all risks and full responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, or liability that may occur while using rented equipment. I release and hold harmlessThe Wave TR LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from my participation or use of the equipment.

I certify that:

• I am at least 18 years old.
• I am physically capable of operating the rented equipment safely.
• I will follow all safety instructions and applicable laws.
• I accept financial responsibility for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning of rented equipment during my rental period.
